Theresa handled everything quickly and efficiently. Parts were in stock and available and work was completed within the timeframe I was given.

At previous oil change I was told of loose bolts on exhaust system, but tech never tightened them. I questioned why tech let me leave with this condition. I made an appointment with service to check this out. Arrive and Arron Eagle took care of me. Work completed. Thank You.

Had car serviced oil change tire rotation. Completed timely. One thing I miss is I used to get a print out of what was found during the multipoint inspection. Like brake pad wear, tire tread usage etc. now it just says inspection completed. My car has almost 160,000 miles so and update on brakes would be helpful. I've never had any brake work which I guess is good if they didn't see anything during inspection.

I was going on a trip through the mountains and needed brakes. Called arron in service and he helped me out right away. Caldwell service is 5 star all the time.

Tricia booked the oil change and rotation quickly and when needed. I appreciated the opportunity to talk to the mechanic, and he was excellent. Before leaving my garage and making a short trip the next morning, I checked the tire air pressure. The passenger side tires were about36 and the driver’s side were over 40 - both too high.
