Just picked up our new Tahoe and had another great experience. I’ve basically always bought Chevys—my mom worked there for a long time—so Chevy has always been part of our family. That said, I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else or any other dealership as long as Martin and Robbie are at Fred Caldwell Chevrolet. Martin always makes things easy and straightforward, genuinely looking out for my best interests while also doing right by the dealership—the perfect balance. Robbie makes sure everything is set up perfectly and that the delivery experience is smooth and enjoyable. What really sets them apart is how they treat our kids. Both Martin and Robbie take time with them every visit, which turns the whole process into a family experience we actually look forward to. Highly recommend.

Great service

Excellent experience. Sales staff found the exact vehicle I was looking for, we negotiated a very fair deal on both the new and trade-in with no hassles or games, dealer installed options were perfect, and delivery was on time and efficient. Could not be better. I’ve had 20 years experience with their service department and they are 5-star as well.
